~ Props are used as supports allowing the Body & Mind to replenish & deeply surrender
~ The nervous system is nurtured, restoring it to a natural state of balance

Helen Eames has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years and is qualified in Zen Thai Flow, Radiant Light, Integral &
Being Yoga & has intensively trained in Iyengar Yoga.
