Restorative YOGA Class
~ A nurturing practice where poses are held longer
~ Props are used as supports allowing the Body & Mind to replenish & deeply surrender
~ The nervous system is nurtured, restoring it to a natural state of balance
Moment to Moment awareness, practice at own pace, if needed using suggested modifications or props
